TD Series desiccant dryers provide dual-bed efficiency in four compact designs for floor or machine mounting.

This dual bed dryer has automatic regeneration and low maintenance needs. The patented air diffuser technology and high efficiency blowers guarantee energy savings over larger and less efficient competitive models.

The TD Series dryer is designed for continuous duty to supply and uninterrupted flow of low dew point air (to -40°F).

Other features include:

• Dual bed stainless steel construction

• Brushed stainless steel interior with painted exterior

• Automatic regeneration

• Patented air diffuser technology

• High efficiency 13X molecular sieve desiccant

• Cyclone dual stage cartridge filter removes exteriorfines to 1 micron

• Guaranteed -40°F dew point process air

• Tubular heaters with Incoloy® sheath

• Optional cooling coil for process exteriortemperatures above 250°F

• Main line contactor

• Electronically controlled valve actuation

• High efficiency 15, 25, or 50 CFM blower

• Easily accessible maintenance points

• Electromechanical with solid state process exteriorcontroller

• Optional controller voltage of exterior115v / 1ph / 60 cycle
